Join us for an hour of relaxation and self-care. This yin yoga session is suitable for all levels from beginner to expert and we encourage you to include the Family.

Yin Yoga is the counterbalance to the fast paced style of most yoga classes. The Yin poses are held longer which puts the body and mind into a mild meditative state. This style of yoga releases tension in the muscles and creates space for your mind to clear.
