Registration Deadline - 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2021

$60 - All payments made after the Registration Deadline or the day of the luncheon with or without Advanced Registration

Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, August 13, 2021, to receive a refund or to avoid a No Show invoice.  No refunds after Friday, August 13, 2021.  Substitutions are welcome - Unpaid No Shows will be billed $60.
